Rainouts. When we know about rainouts with enough lead time to contact our volunteer website manager and get the website updated, rainouts will be posted here. But it would be a bad idea to rely on this venue for the most current information.

Who To Talk To. Your Team Manager and your opponent's Team Manager should contact one another and your Field Representative when the weather is poor. If a rainout is declared, a Team Phone Chain is your best option for informing one another.

Who Makes The Call. Rainouts are not declared at the option of the teams involved. Once a referee is scheduled, the game is considered "on" and the referee fee is due to the referee, regardless of whether or not the teams show up, unless the Field Representative or a referee declares the field unplayable.
